Nina Nesbitt “Crooked Theets” – Americana UK

The latest single from Nina Nesbitt is “Crooked teeth”A painful ballad about maintaining love and relationships in view of our shortcomings and the challenges of life. Nesbitts fascinating, well -selected words flow from her, like a melodic stream of consciousness over piano flows. Her vocal performance is full of heart and emotions, especially towards the end of the song when it builds up to an intensive climax. The associated video shows a live meeting that was recorded in the Middle Farm Studios as part of the Mountain Music Sessions, and we get an insight into the recording process.

Nesbitt has experienced an incredibly successful year – she is currently on an arena tour with Snow Patrol after receiving two nominations for the Americana Music Association UK Awards. He reached number 1 of the official Folk UK album charts in October 2024 and exceeds one billion streams.
