Nina Nesbitt “Crooked Theets” – Americana UK

The latest single from Nina Nesbitt is “Crooked teeth”A painful ballad about maintaining love and relationships in view of our shortcomings and the challenges of life. Nesbitts fascinating, well -selected words flow from her, like a melodic stream of consciousness over piano flows. Her vocal performance is full of heart and emotions, especially towards the end of the song when it builds up to an intensive climax. The associated video shows a live meeting that was recorded in the Middle Farm Studios as part of the Mountain Music Sessions, and we get an insight into the recording process.

Nesbitt has experienced an incredibly successful year – she is currently on an arena tour with Snow Patrol after receiving two nominations for the Americana Music Association UK Awards. He reached number 1 of the official Folk UK album charts in October 2024 and exceeds one billion streams. Her critically received album “Mountain Music” 2024 has just been released as a deluxe edition with four brand new tracks.

Nesbitt says about the new Deluxe edition of the album: “I am really looking forward to publishing the Mountain Music (The Summit) today. It contains 4 brand new songs that I wrote shortly after delivery of the album. These songs research various topics from the first album drop and are some of my favorites. “Enough” explores self -esteem, “The Mountain & the Man” and “Crooked Teeth” are lyrical love songs that are interwoven with nature and nostalgia, and “Good Years” is a great structure to change their perspective on a failed relationship with someone. It feels like the perfect next stop on our trip and I can't wait to share these songs with everyone. “

This is beautifully written and beautifully done. Enjoy.
