NSP publishes names of suspects and victims in Clay County Mord examination

Clay County, Neb. (KSNB) -The Nebraska State Patrol published the names of the suspect and the victim in relation to the murder on Friday in Clay County.

The victim was identified as a 35-year-old Heather Gray. The suspect was identified as a 39-year-old Toby Gray.

According to the NSP, the Clay County's office received a call on Friday about a domestic disorder in a house near Road Q and Road 322 in rural Harvard at 8:30 p.m.

On arrival, the MPs found a dead woman with a gunshot wound and a man who suffered from an apparent self -inflicted gunshot wound. There were also three small children in the house when the MPs arrived.

According to NSP, the investigators believe that the man shot the woman and then shot himself. The children were not injured.

Toby Gray was taken to Aurora Memorial Hospital and has since flew to the Bryan Health West campus in Lincoln with life -threatening injuries, where he stays in a critical condition. The soldiers consider custody to be gray in the hospital.

In this case, the Nebraska State Patrol is the leading investigative agency. The children were accepted into the protection of protection and were brought to the family.
