When the jury dropped her judgment, the jury was undoubtedly due to the fact that Taber, while a patient in the rehabilitation facility of Crystal Lake in the municipality of Berkeley, committed an act of criminal sexual contact through a nurse in the facility. Taber is to be convicted by judge Palmer on May 9, 2025. At that time he was in New Jersey State prison for up to 18 months.

On March 22, 2023, officials from the Berkeley Township Police Department reacted to the Crystal Lake rehabilitation center at around 6:50 p.m. to report a report about a patient who touched a female nurse inappropriately.

An investigation by the responding civil servants found that the victim, while the victim tried to give taber medication, touched her breast without her consent, put her in a bear hut and tried to pull her pants down.

An employee intervened and separated the two.

Taber was charged accordingly and served with the accusations for lectures until future appearances before the Supreme Court of Ocean County.

The public prosecutor's office Billhimer praises the diligence and dedication of the deputy prosecutor Julie Peterson, who cleverly and cleverly prompted the case on behalf of the state. The prosecutor also thanks the Berkeley Township Police Department for their efforts in connection with this investigation, which ultimately leads to this guilty judgment.
