Off-duty first aiders help man, Dog Escape Buffalo County House Fire Feuer

City of Glencoe, Wis. (Weau) -Off -Duty -once helpers helped a man and a dog to escape a house fire in the Buffalo County.

In a press release from the Sheriff office of the Buffalo County, March 1, 2025, around 9:53 p.m., the authorities received a report on a house fire in the W424 -Pansy pass in the city of Glencoe.

According to the press release, two first aiders who drove through the area saw a house on fire and reported the fire. The first aiders outside the service went into the house and could not get anyone to come to the door, but noticed lights inside. They then forced the entry and found a 50-year-old man who slept inside. They helped the resident and his dog outside the house. The man said that he did not know the fire until he was woken up by the non -servant first aiders.

Firefighters deleted the fire and contained it in a corner of the house.

No injuries were reported.

According to the press release, the fire has started from the area of ​​a chimney at the side of the house.
