One published that three people remain in custody after murder of pensioners

A 33-year-old man who was arrested in Dungannon for murder in Dungannon last week was released against further inquiries against the deposit.

The victim in the 1970s was found after an attack in an apartment in the Corrainey Park area last Thursday evening with serious injuries.

Rescue services were sent to the incident in the Lisangull estate, but the man died at the scene.

Two men aged 30 years and a 27-year-old woman who were arrested in connection with the murder on weekends remain in custody.

On Friday, the police service confirmed Northern Ireland (PSNI) that they treated the man's death as a murder.

Supt Peter Stevenson said the victim was “seriously injured on the living room floor of the property”.
