Onondaga County Da appointed special prosecutor in investigations into death in the middle state

Marcy, ny – The district attorney of Onondaga, Bill Fitzpatrick, was appointed special prosecutor in one case with the death of an inmate in the correctional facility in the middle state.

Fitzpatrick will examine the death of the 22 -year -old Messiah Nantwi, who was declared dead in the Wynn Hospital in Utica. The New York state police announced that on March 3, two days after his death, an examination of his death was underway.

This is the second death in the occupants in less than five months, which Fitzpatrick was appointed to investigate special prosecutors. After Nantwi's death, governor Kathy Hochul put 15 employees on vacation in the middle of the state.
