From Staff Sergeant Elizabeth Taranto

Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii -Pacific Paladin, a course for professional development for leaders not commissioned by leaders in the Pacific, has installed his first agile employment training in training in the recent quarterly iteration from February 24th to 28th, 2025.

Moderated by Chief Master Sgt. Katie McCool, command chef of the Pacific Air Forces, the one -week course concentrated on the Ministry of Command and Defense and sharpened Senior -ncos to return to their units as stronger, more capable leaders and mentors.

“Pacific Paladin 2025 was developed to sharpen the lethality of the war and to convey our snco a deeper warrior ethic,” said Master Sgt. Michael Botti, a Pacific Paladin moderator. “We focus on ensuring that the participants can quickly adapt to controversial environments, lead planes and carry out ACE under real conditions.”

With the participants from the whole Pacific, the introduction of ACE field training ensures that high -ranking NCOs are prepared for integrated warfare, regardless of the career field.

“With a stronger understanding, the participants should leave how ACE concepts apply, the mission command performs and can build interoperability with common and coalition partners.

Since this is the second personal Pacific Paladin course, Botti and the Pacific Paladin team continue to adapt to achieve the price targets and better prepare the senior NCOs for operations in the Pacific.

“We have trained for the Middle East in the past 20 years,” said Botti. “But we won't fight in this area of responsibility, so we have to prepare our guides as much as possible.”

This iteration promoted the development for 26 high -ranking NCOs, each with different career areas and from the AOR.
