Parents are outraged by a video that shows in the middle school in Colton Kampf

The parents of a middle school in San Bernardino County are outraged after a video of a student appeared who beats another.

What we know:

The incident occurred at the Jehue Middle School in Colton at the beginning of this week.

In the video, a male student who pulls a smaller student on her hair is seen while other students laugh, some even racist blur.

The students posted a cell phone video of the fight between the two 14-year-olds, which annoyed parents and activists. They refer to a point to the big man who slams the much smaller framed woman on a desk and slows them out.

Community speaks out

What you say:

Parents and activists held a press conference outside of school and demanded measures. They also say that they are upset that the substitute teacher who was in the classroom was never seen in between.

“It only escalated, the substitute teacher didn't take care of it,” said parents of the parents, Elena Tapia.

“I tried to help because I was worried about her. I saw if she was doing well, so I brought her to the office,” said student Rosemary Hidalgo.

“The video speaks for itself, so I don't care who started or how it started. We saw the video. This victim is the young student who was unconscious on video tapes,” said Najee Ali from Project Islamic Hope.

Activists demand that the student will be suspended and arrested for racial attacks.

Investigator continuously

The Unified District officers in Rialto sent Fox 11 an explanation in which the incident was examined.

Colton's police also sent an explanation and informed us that they take statements from witnesses into account that the girl had beaten the boy in the head several times before the fight began with a metal object.

“The officials responded to school and carried out a thorough investigation. This included an explanation of the teacher's present and several other witnesses. As a result of the study, both students received quotes and free for their parents.

Both students were cited in the course of the examination.
