Parts Town Reports Record 2024 income

USA: Parts Town Unlimited, the OEM Foodservice Equipment and HLK Parts Distributor, reported a record sales of USD 2.5 billion in 2024.

All four departments of parts Town Unlimited achieved record income. The parts Town, the largest department of the company, and the home department of Parts Town, which focused on the distribution of parts in residential areas, recorded the highest sales growth performance.

Within Parts Town, the most important growth from parts sales came to independent service companies across North America and from the rapidly growing HLK segment, which gave 55% growth compared to the previous year.

This expansion is said to have been controlled by new and expanded partnerships with 89 manufacturers and increased product availability via critical HLK lines.

The group now comprises 46 brands at 147 global locations that look after 171 countries and has grown to more than 5,500 team members worldwide.

The company supported the growth of the HLK department and started the HLK data plate scanner, a visual search function with which HLK technicians can easily identify and purchase the exact parts they need and simply scan the data plate on HLK devices.
