Photofest! State 3a basketball tournament day 1

The State 3a basketball tournament started on Thursday in the Ford Center in Casper, and the girls' class was loaded with good teams. In the morning session, Cody ran from Buffalo 58-34 when Maddie brought Beaudie 14 for the foals. Buffalo was up to date with 16 by Karly Davis. The next morning Torrington was 47-36 thanks to 12 points from Natalie Long and Kennedy Reinhardt 47-36. Lander got 10 points from Hayden Google.

Pinedale Wheatland 54-17 dominated in the 3A girls' evening session, when Ellen Bowers was off the field for the Wranglers 11-14, which was good enough for 23 points. Wheatland received 11 points from Lily Anderson. Then the defending champion Douglas broke a tight game in the second half to defeat Powell with 58-38. The Douglas rating machine Lauren Olsen had 29 to 12-17 from the ground, while Powell was led by Emery Hernandez.

Friday at 4 p.m. at Casper College, 21-4 Cody will play 15-8 Torrington in a semi-finals, while Douglas plays with a record of 25: 1 in the other semi-finals at 5:30 a.m. 23-2 Pinedale.

In the quarter-final round of the 3A boys, Cody came to 23 with Buffalo 51-38 with Maddax Ball in 23 for the Broncs, while Konnor Rodriguez listed the bison with 9. Torrington defeated Mountain View 52-27 with Julian Stromski, who pushed the Blazer up and down with 20 points.

In the evening meeting for the boys, Wheatland Powell 46-38 thanks to 22 points from Jacon Miller, while Powell left Alex Jordan from Alex Jordan.
