Photos of suspects published, escape vehicle in the attempted theft of ATMs in Pierz

Kind approval: Morrison County Sheriff's Office

Further information was published about the attempted theft of an ATM from a bank in Pierz as well as photos of the suspect and an escape vehicle.

The Morrison County's sheriff office says that the suspects remain at large. The investigators believe that they could be connected to similar incidents that occurred in Crookston and Pelican Rapids last week.

The incident in Pierz occurred on Monday evening at 11:15 a.m. at the Farmers & Merchants State Bank. The suspects, which were dressed in black, hooded sweatshirts, set a chain of the ATMs and pulled them with a truck stolen by Fergus Fall. But the suspects never invited the ATMs and left the scene in a bright, newer SUV with LED headlights in a bright, newer SUV in style.

The Sheriff's office asks Pierz's residents to check their own surveillance cameras if they have them. The time frame you are looking for for help will take place on February 24 from 10:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

If you tried information about theft, you will be asked to call Morrison County's office at number 320-632-9233.
