Photos published by Schützen, who shot two men in the back outside of the Bronx sea fruits

The police published photos of a masked suspect on Saturday who was sought in the fatal shootout of a 33-year-old man last month.

The unidentified shooter allegedly shot Kemahni Smalls, who was released from prison a year ago, and a 32-year-old man in front of a shook-end crab restaurant near Pelham Parkway South and White Plains in Pelham Parkway on February 23:50.

Smalls was brought to the Jacobi Medical Center with private means, but could not be saved. The 32-year-old victim was taken to the same hospital by Ems in which it was in a stable state.

The shooter fled from the scene immediately after the shootout and left two sleeves of spherical bowls, the police said. It is described as a 6 -fold 2 inch and slim and, according to the police, was recently carried a black mask, a red, white and black hoodie, black pants and sneakers in his hand.

It is still unclear what the shootout has triggered.

Smalls had previously been arrested five times and was focused on probation last March after almost five and a half years in the state prison for a conviction for attempted attack on Staten Island, in which he lived.
