According to reports, Prince Harry's USVISA application documents are to be published on Tuesday.

Carl Nichols, judge of the DC district court, ordered the publication of Harry's immigration documents according to the right Think Tank, who had submitted the Heritage Foundation with the Department of Homeland Security, according to British outlets The Times and Sky News.

USA TODAY has contacted Harry's representative to get a comment.

The Heritage Foundation is recently known as the editor and head of the 2025 project, a conservative Federal Policy Guide that reflects many of President Donald Trump's policy.

The group, which urges guidelines, including the mass deportation of immigrants without papers, claims that the Duke of Sussex may have hidden earlier drug use, which, according to the outlets, would have disqualified it from the maintenance of a US visa.

Prince Harry drug use is discussed in memoirs – but will this affect immigration status?

In Harry's 2023 memoirs “Spar”, the Duke remembered a number of cases in which marijuana was smoked (“he” once smoked a whole shopping bag with weeds “), snorted cocaine and experimented with psychedelics that contributed to his party boy picture in the 2000s.

According to the court files submitted by the outlet, the Department of Homeland Security will publish an edited version of Harry's application by Tuesday at the latest.

Trump commented on Harry's immigration status, 40, and GB News in March 2024 said: “We have to see whether they know anything about the drugs and whether he lied, they have to take appropriate measures.”

The Duke and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, resigned from their royal titles five years ago and took himself in Canada in June 2020 and later in California. The couple and his two children Archie, 5, and Lilibet (3) currently live in Montecito, California.

Meghan, an American, recently released season 1 of her Netflix Cooking and Hosting show “With Love, Meghan” and recently started a new lifestyle brand.
