Publication date of the prisons

Jen Shah, the former star “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City”, who is currently serving time in a fraud assessment, will get out of prison a little earlier.

The date on which Shah is to be released from prison is now on October 4, 2026, the insasse database of the Bundesburo for Prisons, which is given last week. People Magazine and other media reported in January that Shah's release date had been postponed to November 4, 2026.

The new publication date would also fall on Shah's 53rd birthday.

In July 2022, the 51 -year -old Shah was guilty of committing a state charges for conspiracy to commit wire fraud. As part of the plea contract, the prosecutors dropped a second indictment for conspiracy to commit money laundering. Shah had been accused of being part of a suspected telemarketing program that the elderly persecuted, the prosecutors said.

A federal judge in New York sentenced Shah to 6½ years in prison in January 2023. If Shah is released on the new date 2026, she served for 3 years and 8 months at the Bryan Federal Prison Camp in Texas. This is the prison in which Elizabeth Holmes served her prison sentence for fraud with the blood test company Theranos she founded.

Shah's assistant Stuart Smith also owed herself guilty of cheating fraud, reported, and worked with prosecutors in Shah's case. Smith was sentenced to 9 months in prison in December; He now serves his term in a federal prison in Colorado.
