The three will return to court on May 20 to recognize hearings.

Shortly before 3:30 p.m. on March 7, the MBTA police on patrol in the Forest Hills station was addressed by three young people who said that their friend had been robbed on the train.

The young people reported that in an orange train of the Roxbury Crossing Station towards Forest Hills Station, as three unknown adult men who wore all black face masks, began to bother and beat them up.

When the young people tried to leave the train at the next stop, the men grabbed one of their friends and pulled him back into the train and stole his cell phone.

The victim left the Stony Brook station. The victim was able to contact his friends and tell them that the three men stole their cell phone. His friends encouraged him to meet them at the Forest Hills station to report the police incident, but he decided to go home.

The investigators met with the 14 -year -old victim, who told them that a man who was on board on board beat him up while giving gestures as if he had a gun. The victim said that two other men attacked him and took his phone, removed his telephone case and handed over his Charliecard, who was on the back of his case.

The video surveillance shows the first adult male approach of the group of young people on the train. When the young people try to get out at the Jackson Square station, the other two men grab the victim on his backpack, turn it and pull him back on the train car with a violent round, then hit it against the opposite train car.

After taking the victim's cell phone, the first man is seen to put his hand in his sweatshirt, stretch his hand in his pocket and press his hand against the victim's abdominal area. The victim can be seen in the video with both hands.

At around 7:05 a.m., the transit police observed three men who were later identified as Cole, EUR and Moorewhite and the descriptions that were shown on video and were given by witnesses at the Forest Hills station. Cole, EUR and MOOREWHITE were all arrested.

A query for Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) showed that Cole had an outstanding arrest warrant from BMC Central.

The investigators have restored the victim's cell phone from Moorewhites.

“All forms of bullying and violence are unbearable, but this behavior towards a 14-year-old boy is particularly unfortunate. All of our residents deserve their daily life safely, peacefully and without fear of harassment or violence. I would like to thank the transit police for their work in the quick identification of the people involved, ”said Hayden.
