Real estate auction providers have a day to register for annual sale

Those who want to participate in the 2025 online basic tax auction of San Diego County have to register as bidder by Thursday, said Dan McAllister, County Treasurer-Tax collector Dan McAllister.

The auction from March 14th to 19th and open to everyone around the world is more than 600 properties for sale this year.

“We encourage hopeful bidders to go online and register for the available properties in San Diego,” said McAllister. “It is our goal to sell every package. The sale of these properties enables us to generate income for the district and help us offer the necessary services in our community.”

To participate, the bidders must register on Thursday at the end of the business on the tax auction website of the Treasurer Tax collector at sdtttc.mytaxsale.com. You also have to submit a refund of USD 1,000 and a non -reimbursable processing fee of $ 35.

According to McAllister, owners of the auctioned real estate can avoid selling taxes and fees that were due on March 13 to 5 p.m.

“These properties have been in tax delay for five or more years,” he said. “In accordance with the California Revenue & Taxation Code, it is time to bring the real estate back on the tax role that generate income for public services.

“In our online system it will simply be researched and looking for a variety of real estate in San Diego County.”

This year, 65 residential or commercial properties, 488 Timeshares and 84 plots of land are offered for sale. The district tries to bring tax revenue of 16.3 million US dollars if the real estate is sold for the minimum offer.

All sales are final. So this is a sales sales sale, said McAllister. According to the district, all efforts are made before selling to contact the owners of these properties in order to inform them about the upcoming sale.
