Record injuries $ 17.7 million collected during the Thon 2025

The 2025 Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon (Thon) collected $ 17,737,040.93 for four diamonds in the Penn State Health Children's Hospital. This surpasses the record of Thon 2024, a total of 16,955,683.63 USD by more than $ 780,000.

More than 700 pupils danced and stood without sleep – from February 21 to 4 p.m. February 23rd – in the Bryce Jordan Center (BJC).

This year's 53rd anniversary of Thon accepted the topic of “A Home for Hope”, representatives of joy, love and unshakable support, which have shared everyone involved from students to families, in the mission to find a cure for childhood cancer .

As the world's largest student philanthropy, Thon collects millions of dollars for four diamonds every year, the pediatric cancer research and support of children and families that fight against cancer in childhood. Since 1977, Thon has collected more than 236 million US dollars for four diamonds.
