Red cabin – straight line (self -published)

Red cabin – straight line (self -published)

February 27, 2025

I like a song that uses without fussing and only continues with the upcoming task. This is the first reason to like “straight line”, the new single of Red cabinBut you will find a lot more soon.

“Straight line” reminds me of the better end of New Wave and the underground pop sound of the eighties-think more about the better end of New Wave and the underground pop sound of the eighties, think more about it, think more about it, think about it Robin Hitchcock & the Egyptians or maybe XTC Just as people normally tell you, the eighties sounded. There is also something very English about the sound and as a man Long Island, I'm not sure how Jonathan Foster The man behind Red Cabin would feel about it. Well, no damage intends.

If I dated the song or sounds nostalgic, I just have to remind it, dear reader that music is cyclical. I would rather see this as a sign of things that are coming than an echo of the past, the wheel of musical reinvention, which is repeatedly moving, the past echoes from a bright new future.

One reason of things like a return to Groove, a re -sound adventure feeling, a shaken of the proven indie template, a fusion of pop with more musical concerns, a task of current fads and fashion and a return to music that tries to do something else.

And if we initiate all of this, Red Cabin will run the fee.
