Redding Company Aids La Fire Survivors with 3D home print

The up -and -coming 3D building is together with the survivors of the youngest Los Angeles Fire to accelerate the reconstruction of the efforts with improved fire resilience. The company, which is known for its innovative 3D home printing process, previously supported survivors of the Carr fire.

CEO Don Ajamian grew up in Altadena, an area destroyed by fires, and then lived through the Carr fire after moving to Redding. Ajamian said he realizes that the pain survivors are going through.

I know how you feel, I know that you can help someone who has been there before, and I was really interested in informing him about this new technology in which we are involved.

Ajamian said that the company is currently working in two houses in the Altadena region with plans for projects at 10 other locations. Due to the ongoing clean -up work, the construction may not begin for up to eight months.

He noted that your 3D printing technology enables you to complete houses 10% to 20% faster than conventional methods.

“The structure of the concrete houses enables harder houses that burn less when another fire breaks through,” said Ajamian.

Ajamian announced that he hopes that their cement -oriented method will be taken over by more and more houses if the California communities are dismantled according to destructive fires.
