Registration of the summer camp is open at Georgia Southern's Shooting Sports Education Center

Summer in the SSEC is on the way! The Shooting Sports Education Center from Georgia Southern offers a variety of summer camps to build trust, concentration and responsibility for the participants and at the same time celebrate teamwork and sportiness.

Shooting Sports Education Center at Georgia Southern University of the University ((SSEC) prepares for the SSEC summer camps 2025.

Regardless of whether your student is in SSEC Brand new in summer or look forward to returning for another year, you will find a variety of practical activities with which you can learn, find new friends and build your self -confidence, including:

  • Learn how to shoot an arch or a firearm for the first time,
  • Identify fish from their shadow underwater,
  • Development deficiencies from coaches on Collegiates and Olympia, Olympic level,
  • Even works of art from color and sponge tip arrows and much more!

Parents of SSEC Camper love the trainers, the variety of activities and emphasis on new things while they find new friends.

The shooting of sports camps offers well over the destination and shooting far beyond the target and fire. SSEC camps focus on building trust, concentration and responsibility among the participants and the promotion of a safe, supportive environment in which teamwork and sportiness are celebrated.

Trust and focus on

One of the most important advantages of the SSEC shooting sports camps is their ability to convey and focus on the participants. Regardless of whether it is the techniques of archery or improves the skills of ingenuity with rifles, learn campers, to determine goals, to develop concentration skills and to promote self -esteem by celebrating their achievements. Camper develop a feeling of success that merges into other aspects of their lives.

Promotion of security, responsibility and discipline

Security is of the utmost importance in every shooting sport. Camper learn the right safety protocols, including the safe handling of firearms and arches, respect for your tools and compliance with area rules. In addition, shooting sports require mental discipline and encourages Camper to focus on their thoughts and to train distractions. These lessons convey a deep sense of responsibility and emphasize the importance of discipline and respect.

Promote teamwork and sportiness

Many of the SSEC summer camps emphasize teamwork and sportiness and promote an environment in which camper support and encourage each other. Regardless of whether young people take part in team -based competitions or get involved with friendly target practice, camper learn the value of cooperation and camaraderie. Through joint experiences and mutual respect, they develop permanent friendships and a feeling of belonging within the shooting sports community.

SSEC camps offer young participants a fantastic opportunity to develop their skills in an entertaining and safe environment. We can't wait to see them all there!

Young age between the ages of 7 and 15 can use: outdoor archery, Bowfishing Day Camp, Bogeny Day Camp or Sportsman Day Camp (archery only).

In addition to the camps listed above, young people between the ages of 10 and 17 can register to: Camp of the Weapons Day, Rifle Day Camp, Sportsman Day Camp (Firearms and both).

Camp

27. – May 30, 2025

Register 1 week in advance.
The Outdoor Bogeny Day Camp is designed for all archers to learn the basics and concentrate on 3D, field and FITA archery.

Bowfishing Day Camp

9. – June 13, 2025

Register 1 week in advance.
The Bowfishing Day Camp is an interactive shooting program that introduces the participants in a fast-moving form of fishing in archery.

Firearms -Day Camp

9. – June 13, 2025

Register 1 week in advance.
The camp of the firearm day is designed for all arms lovers to learn the basics of shape, shooting and rules for the firearm area.

Archer warehouse

13. – June 15, 2025

Register 4 weeks in advance.
This commuter camp is specially designed in such a way that you bring in the concepts of the National Training System (NTS) in archers with archers. If you want to get a lead with your tournament preparation, this camp is for you!

Rifle camp

16. – June 20, 2025

Register 1 week in advance.
The Rifle Day Camp offers young people the opportunity to master safe skills for handling firearms and the marking art and to learn about the exciting Olympic sport of target shooting.

Air rifle foundal camp

21. – June 22, 2025

The Air rifle finding camp is designed for experienced air rifle shooters.

Archery Day Camp

23. – June 27, 2025

Register 1 week in advance.
The Argery Day Camp is designed for beginners -bogen shooters to learn the basics of shape, shooting and rules for the archery range with games and friendly competition.

Sportsman Day Camp – Bowjunter &/or firearms

14th to July 18, 2025

Register 1 week in advance.
The Sportsman Day Camp is designed for all archers and firearm lovers to learn the basics of shape, shooting and rules for the range. Archery will concentrate on Bowhunting as a program for preserving nature outdoors, which focuses on interactions with people and wild animals. It teaches how to interact with nature with the timeless hunting skills and the appreciation of nature with nature and improve their encounters with nature. The instruction for firearms includes shotguns, Bolt action rifles and the Armalite rifle platform and focuses on safety and fun!

Archery Day Camp

The Argery Day Camp is designed for Beginners -Bogenschützen to learn the basics of form, shooting and the rules for archery range with games and friendly competition.

Elite Precision Rifle Academy

The Elite Precision Rifle Academy is an apartment weapon warehouse for advanced shooters who improve their skills and skills.

Elite Bogeny Academy

The Elite Archery Academy was designed as a competitive housing camp in residential areas, which not only focuses on NTS shape and recording, but also on all other critical parts of archery that have to know competitive shooters.
