Report: Eagles inform James Bradberry that he will be released

In one of the least surprising movements that the Eagles make this low season, the team publishes the veteran CB James Bradberry with a name after June 1st.

After the Eagles had moved in Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper Dejean last year, the letter for Bradberry was on the wall, which then got some work to keep his roster. Instead, Bradberry was injured during the training camp and went to IR during the last 53-man decision-making process. Originally expected to return in 6-8 weeks and landed all the season.

Although he did not return as an active player in 2024, he was still recognized that he supported the younger DBS at meetings. And now he will leave Philadelphia with a great bowl ring.

Bradberry also played an important role during the Eagles Super Bowl Parade and preventing a very not so famous Quinyon Mitchell says something that he would regret on live television.

The veteran CB fought in 2023 and in particular achieved an impressive performance of 2022, which brought him all the professional. This season ended with a disappointing Super Bowl loss and seemed to create his decline the following year.

Nevertheless, Bradberry will be a valuable, experienced addition to a defense she needs, and the Eagles made him a solid by enabling his representatives to find his new team earlier than later.
