It took a goal of Isobel Goodwin on her first WU23S to separate the teams, but England could have been increased to his balance in a strong display in the second half.

And it was a lively game of OFF, in which both sides wanted to play and attack each other, and in the first 30 minutes there was a closely competitive matter.

France came closest to the opening of the rating when Jade Rastocle led a firm header against the outside of the post after a corner from the right.

The breakthrough arrived ten minutes before the break when Captain Missy-Bo Kearn's' impact cross Goodwin looked in the area. The London City Lionesses striker threw up her header gate, with French goalkeeper Marie Petiteau made a first block before Goodwin went down for her first England goal after the rebound and graduation.

From there, England won confidence and saw the likelihood that the teams will score again, and France is happy to hear the half -time that deserves their leadership during the break.

Five minutes after the restart and England came the width of the post before Missy Goodwin's rebound was saved by Petiteau.

Petiteau had to keep her side again shortly afterwards when Katie Robinson put a cross from the law to select Olivia McLaughlin's run into the box. She put on a hit, but Petiteau was on the road quickly to save her feet.

Robinson was again a provider when the game went into the last ten minutes and cut the ball back for the replacement of Michelle Agyemang, who hit a left foot at the goal, just to see how it was thrown off the line.
