Unfortunately, research opportunities in space and earth science (Roses) in 2025 on Valentine's Day were not published as in previous years. There are several reasons for this, but SMD is working hard on Roses-2025 and plans to publish it soon.

The NASA Grant and Cooperative Association Handbook (GCAM) This contains instructions at the agency level for applicants, which are revised by NASA Grants Policy Group to ensure compliance with new executive orders, guidelines and instructions. We hope that the agency will soon publish the revised GCAM.

In order to be informed about the publication of Roses-25 and later learn about the addition of new program elements and all changes to roses, please subscribe to the SMD mailing lists by registering when selecting the “account management” and “email subscriptions” and checking the field for the general subscription list under “5. Science Mission Directorates”. There you can also subscribe to relevant department lists.
