Results of IndyCar qualification

The starting grille for the Grand Prix of St. Petersburg was discontinued, with Scott McLaughlin in the Fast Six and Pato O'Ward a nightmare start in the IndyCar season at the top.

In the last qualification round, the team Penske star Mclaghlin laid an impressive lap time of 59.4624 seconds around the streets of St. Pete and Colton Herta and Meyer Shank Racing Felix Rosenqvist from Andretti Global.

Rosenqvist was one of two MSR cars that made it into the top 4, and Marcus Armstrong started fourth on Sunday. Mclarens Christian Lundgaard and Chip Ganassis Scott Dixon rounded off the top six during qualifying and start in P5 or P6.

Lundgaards McLaren teammate O'Ward fell in the first round, even though he was one of the favorites for this year's championship. O'Ward was one of two former winners of St. Pete Grand Prix, although Power also suffered the same fate.

As a result, the Mexican will start the race in P23 on Sunday, while power begins in a healthier P13.

Let's see in all of this that we look at the qualified results in full and the line -up for the GP on Sunday!
