Allen was found guilty on February 13, 2017

The convicted Delphi Murders-Killer Richard Allen's lawyers have published the full 43 second bridge-Guy video. (Court television)

The registration of March 11th will be given a few more than a month after Allen's lawyers submitted an application for corrected errors. The application describes four alleged legal appearances that the defense of the view is that they are important in order to justify a change in the jury's judgment.

In the case, Allen's defense also published an important evidence: a cell phone video recorded by German that shows a man who approaches the girls on the bridge and ordered them “down the hill”.

In an interview with Scripps News Indianapolis, Allen's defense team expressed frustration on the process of the process and the conviction that the murderer of the girls – or murderers – is free.

Defenders Jennifer Auger and Andrew Baldwin believe that important evidence of third -party providers from which they could claim that they could relieve them from the process was excluded from the process. Judge Fran Gull decided that there was no connection between the suspects who wanted to attract defense to the jury's attention.

“This jury wanted to condemn someone,” argued Auger. “You feel that this is your job. And without nobody else showing the finger, I believe that our evidence of third -party providers would have come out, it would have ended differently. “
