Phoenix (Azfamilie) – Every week, the Arizona family is looking for in restaurants, which have recently been inspected by Maricopa County's environmental services. Restaurants with some of the highest number of “risk factors” that are taken into account for our Dirty Dining report by the violations of the health code by inspectors are selected. Here are the Valley restaurants that have not achieved the grade for March 5, 2025:

• Do not clean dishwasher properly

3 violations

• Koch touched salad and cheese with bare hands
• No paper towels on hand sink
• Cottage cheese and egg salad that said goodbye

Shawarmaati – 5498 S Power RD #102, Gilbert, AZ 85295

3 violations

• No guideline for the adjustment of vomiting
• Raw chicken stored over beef
• Lentil soup didn't keep hot enough

The Pitic Restaurant – 1580 e Pima St, Phoenix, AZ 85034

4 violations

• Green and black growth in the stew
• Cattle wood meat stored over vegetables
• Salsa is not marked
• Not enough disinfectant in dishwasher

Ono Hawaiian BBQ – 4972 S Power RD, Mesa, AZ 85212

8 main injuries

• No service of certified food managers on duty
• Cook to treat raw meat and then not to wash your hands
• Another employee who deals with raw chicken and then does not wash his hands
• Hand wash basin blocked by dash cans
• Foods that are not properly separated in the fridge
• Cutting boards with accumulation of food waste
• Saved utensils with food waste
• Chicken and beef, which is not kept at an appropriate temperature
