RV fire in Snohomish County causes damages of $ 30,000, no injuries reported

Firefighters from Snohomish County Fire District No. 4, with the support of Snohomish Regional Fire & Rescue and the Everett Fire Department, reacted to a residential fire with a motorhome late Wednesday evening.

The incident occurred at 11:54 p.m., and the first unit, Motor 42 from the Three Lakes area, arrived on site within seven minutes according to SCFD #4.

Firefighters found the motorhome on fire, with a permanent structure.

According to SCFD No. 4, the crews quickly prevented a fire attack line to curb the fire to the origin building.

SCFD #4 also found that a second line of attack was used to cool a propane armor that was exposed to the fire.

The motorhome was not occupied at the time, and no injuries were reported to firefighters or civilians.

A total of 21 firefighters reacted to the scene and used according to SCFD #4 4,200 gallons water from a nearby hydrant to extinguish the fire. The primary structure suffered a total loss, which was estimated at around 30,000 US dollars.
