Sacramento Teenager, who was arrested in deadly shots in Monterey County Sideshow

A 17-year-old was arrested in Sacramento after an 18-year-old man died at a shootout in November 2024.

Monterey County, California – A teenager from Sacramento was arrested this week in connection with a deadly shootout at a minor show in November 2024 in Monterey County.

Monterey County's office said the MPs and the California Highway Patrol Officers on November 9, 2024, before 10:30 p.m., received several calls about a person who was shot during a secondary employment in Prunedale, a community north of Salinas.

The deputies and officers found a man with a gunshot wound when they arrived at the scene, said the sheriff's office. He was taken to the hospital, where he later died of his injuries.

The man was later identified as an 18-year-old Adrian Puga from Salinas.

As Detective from Monterey County began to investigate the shootout, the Sheriff office announced that they received numerous tips from the community, including videos. During the investigation, MPs said that several people from the area of ​​Sacramento were of interest in the shootout on the side side.

After Monterey County had over 20 search commands, including some in the Sacramento area, the MPs of Monterey County said about the arrest of a 17-year-old boy in Sacramento.

The teenager was arrested by the Sacramento police on Wednesday afternoon and delivered to Monterey County. He was booked in the youth hall for murder, the MPs said.
