Samsung Galaxy A26 publication date, price and specifications rumors

It looks as if Samsung is working hard on his 2025 publications, as new leaks about the upcoming budget offer.

Fans are looking forward to the successor to the Galaxy A25, and after the latest leaks and rumors, the Galaxy A26 may not be far away.

When will the Samsung Galaxy A26 be released?

Samsung traditionally publishes updates for its Galaxy A series annually, and Galaxy A25 debut in December last year.

It means that the Galaxy A26 is overdue. While there are no concrete rumors about the publication date, Mysmartprice's official support sites have already been found.

In addition to the appearances on certification platforms such as up to, TUV Rheinland and Bluetooth, it seems as if a start is imminent.

Could it happen next to the Galaxy A36 and Galaxy A56? Time will say.

How much does the Samsung Galaxy A26 cost?

While Samsung has not officially announced the pricing for the Galaxy A26, its predecessor, the Galaxy A25, Great Britain and 299.99 US dollars in the USA.

In view of the previous minimal design and hardware updates, it is reasonable to expect a similar price range for the Galaxy A26. In this regard, no rumors are pointed out that there will be major changes.

design

The first set of pictures of the Galaxy A26, based on the CAD rendering of the phone, was published by Android Headlines.

In these pictures, the Galaxy A26 shows a modern, flat design, although some aspects of its appearance feel outdated.

The front display retains a water drop-down notch for the camera at the front, accompanied by thick lüetten and a noticeable chin.

On the back, the phone has a newly designed camera trap in which three vertically oriented cameras and an LED flash are located. In contrast to the individual camera rings of the predecessor, the new uniform design premium models like the Galaxy Z Fold 6 are similar.

The dimensions 164 x 77.5 x 7.7 mm (9.7 mm including the camera floors) indicate that the phone is greater and wider than the Galaxy A25. The pages are flat, but the area around the strength and volume buttons, which are referred to as “key Island”, easily protrudes for better user-friendliness.

Updated renders have been published in an Arsène Lupine on X on the deleted contribution. As GSMarena reports, they show an identical design for the above-mentioned Android headlines.

Android headings also expect the phone to have a 6.64-inch flat screen, an upgrade of the 6.5-inch display on the A25.

Although the panel type and the resolution have not been confirmed, it will probably be an AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, a standard for Samsung devices with medium range.

Despite these improvements, the water drop and the thick blinds give the phone a dated look compared to competitors who offer punch hole displays.

Performance

According to Geekbench Listing, the Galaxy A26 is powered by Exynos 1280 Chipset, the code name S5E8825.

This processor has two Cortex-A78 CPU cores, which were clocked at 2.6 GHz (an improvement compared to the standard 2.4 GHz) and six Cortex-A55 cores with 2.0 GHz.

The GPU is an ARM Mali-G68. The higher clock speeds suggest that Samsung either overclocked the chip or used an improved manufacturing process to achieve better performance without overheating.

The Geekbench list also confirms that the device is delivered with 6 GB RAM and will probably support the 5G connectivity.

Cameras

Sammbode expects the Galaxy A26 to keep the 50 megapixel primary camera and the 8 -MP -Ultrawide -camera -Setup on the A25.

A third sensor, possibly a 2MP depth sensor, can complete the array of the reversing camera. On the front, the device was able to hold onto a simple selfie camera in the Waterdrop -Kerbe.

Although it is appropriate for everyday photography, the lack of considerable upgrades can disappoint users who hope for improved performance in low light or better video recording functions.

Battery and shop

The Galaxy A26 is expected to have a 5,000 -MAH -AKKU with 25 -W speed loads, similar to its predecessor (via Sammobile).

The latest appearance of the phone in TUV Rheinland -Certification database (via Gizmochina) seems to confirm the 25 -W -fast charging.

Despite its sufficient capacity, the charging speed feels modest compared to competitors that offer 50 W or higher.

software

From the box, the Galaxy A26 is probably layered Android 15 with Samsung's One UI 7.1.

The strong commitment of Samsung for software updates means that the phone will probably receive six years of Android updates, which means that it can be supported until Android 21.
