During a preliminary proceedings, the rapper Sean 'Diddy' Combs did not make it guilty of replacing the various accusations for the former employee.

The alleged actions of combs have been created since 2023, when he was accused of carrying out independent sexual actions at his notorious “Freak -Off” parties. In March 2025, the prosecutors submitted a replacement notice against combs, in which the years of alleged abuse quoted many of its employees.

When discussing the actions of combs, the first indictment claimed that the rap mogul had applied “physical violence, physiological damage, financial damage, reputation damage and/or threats of the same to initiate the employee to participate in sex files with COMBS.”

In addition, the hearing showed a video from Combs in 2016, in which Combs attacked his girlfriend Cassie Ventura. While the lawyers of Combs claimed that the film material of Cnn Judge Arun Subramanian, who had been recorded the incident, has acquired the lawyers to agree with the news network whether he is used as a legitimate evidence.

With regard to the accusations of participating in sex acts, Combs' lawyers claimed that they are still in the process of collecting the details of history and claims that they have “recently taken possession of a lot of medical documents”.

Combs has been waiting for a process since September 2024, where he was originally arrested for various crimes, including sex trade, blackmail and transport to prostitution. Judge Subramanian has set a selection of the jury and his hearing date for May 12 for May 5. He denies all the charges.
