Sean Williams, sexual crime, which was sentenced to 95 years when Tennessee was searched for for months of searching by Tennessee

The 55-year-old man led the law enforcement authorities in a search after he had escaped the care when he was transported by Laurel County, Kentucky to Greeneville, Tennessee.

Williams' case had several twists. Apart from his accused crimes and his escape, the case also stated a lawsuit against Johnson City, which claimed that police officers knew about his crimes, but never accused him of never accused him.
