2) WON-WILLT record of the two teams compared to No. 1 seeds (and if necessary by seed No. 14).

If three or more teams are bound, the following procedure is used in the following order until the draw is broken. If two teams have joined again after a tie-breaker determination, the two-team tiebreaker formula is used.

1) The best proportion of the games that are played among the tied teams (example: Team A is 3: 1, Team B is 2: 2 and Team C is 1: 3 team A would be highest, Team B on the second highest and the team C lowest of the three.

2) Best profit share of the bound teams compared to seed No. 1 (and if necessary by seed No. 14).

3) If two teams remain, flip by the commissioner.

4) If three or more teams are left, they draw from the commissioner.

If an institution is excluded from participating in the tournament, this institution is automatically sown. In order to break the ties, this team stays where it ends in the regular season rating before it is sown last.
