On February 15, Eesti Laul 2025 took place and after the regular round of coordination and the Super Final round, Tommy Cash has turned out to be a winner and he will sing in Basel 'Espresso Macchiato'. It will appear in the first half of the first semi final, which is to take place on May 13th.

The song was composed by one of the authors behind the second -placed by Eurovision Song Contest 2023, “Cha Cha Cha”, Johannes Naukkarinen and Tommy. Although a music video for Eesti Laul 2025 published in front of this video, in which he is sitting at a table while he prepares and sips the Macchiato coffee, with Tommy and his age ego is the official music video for the Eurovision Song Contest.
