Shooting in the court complex in Ambala, old rivalry between local criminals

Abbala: Two men opened fire at their rival in front of the district court complex in Ambala on Saturday, but the goal escaped unharmed. According to the police, the intended victim was a competitive criminal who was for a hearing in the court complex.
According to information, Aman Sonkar approached Khatik Mandi, Ambala Cantonment, the judge, when two men arrived in a black SUV and opened the fire before he fled in front of the scene. Ranjeet Kumar, a security guard stationed in the court complex, confirmed that the attackers arrived in an SUV and that one of them was armed with a pistol.
After receiving the information, the police teams from DSP Rajat Gulia and Ambala City Sho inspector Sunil Vats achieved space and initiated an investigation. The police recovered three empty ball shells from the crime scene. CCTV film material from the court complex is checked by the district police.
Sho Vats explained that Aman Sonkar had previously been declared an announced perpetrator by the court and was sought in one case. “Aman Sonkar had come to trial because of a hearing, and when he approached the goal of the court, he was fired on him outside. The shooters arrived in a car and it seems to be a case of old rivalry. We are investigating the matter with the help of CCTV film material, ”said Sho Vats.
On the basis of Aman Sonkar's complaint, a case against Aman alias Bond (the main suspect) and his brother Kaka, both from Khatik Mandi, Ambala canton, was registered. The Sho further explained that both people have a criminal history.
The shot incident in the court complex has expressed serious concerns about the security agreements and left the lawyers in fear.
Ripanjit Singh, secretary of the Ambala Bar Association, said: “This is the first such incident in this court complex. The administration and the police should ensure adequate security agreements. If a person is not safe within the court area, the situation outside the situation could be even worse. This incident has created a feeling of fear among the supporters. “
The Ambala superintendent of the police (SP), Singh Bhoria, said: “The matter is thoroughly examined. The accused was identified and will soon be arrested. Both parties involved come from the Khatik -Mandi area of ​​the Ambala canton and have an old rivalry. An investigation was initiated to determine whether there was a loss of security. “
The SP added that there are the right security measures, including body scanners, at the entry gate of the court. “The incident occurred outside the court complex near the chambers of the lawyers, where there is no security control point. Further measures are taken on the basis of the investigation report, ”said SP Ambala.
