Shooting kills teen in Ramsey

Ramsey, Minn.-a 18-year-old man is dead after shooting in Ramsey on Sunday morning.

The Sheriff's office of Anoka County published an explanation in which the Ramsey police responded to a report by a person who had dropped together in a car for the 14600 block of the Snowy OWL St. NW at around 8:30 a.m.
