Berkeley County – A Eckmann from Moncks is charged with criminal sexual behavior after he has supposedly put several women under drugs, the State Law Enforcement department announced on February 28th.

According to the arrest warrants published by SLED, 50-year-old Vincent Lamont Gailliard was arrested on February 21st and charged with two cases of sexual behavior. Gaillaird was booked in the Hill-Finklea detention center.

The arrest came after Sled began to investigate Gailliard in October after he had received reports on him from several adult victims. The arrest warrants describe two incidents in which Gailliard “knowingly” distributed an “undesirable controlled substance”.

The first incident allegedly occurred in October 2021 and a second on September 6, 2024. The arrest warrants for both incidents state that the drugs could be helpless and not escaped. The attack from 2021 left the victim with several documented, long -lasting injuries.

On February 28, Gailliard was not determined.
