A soldier of the state of Washington is examined for murder for vehicles after he was supposedly driven under the influence and had fatally met a 20-year-old motorcyclist while turning left.

Sarah Clasen, a public information officer of the Washington State Patrol, had previously asked the drivers to stay behind the steering wheel and warned of the dangers of impaired and distracted driving. People reported.

In the night of March 1st, Clasen was on duty in Richland. She told the police that she had returned home after she had “picked up” Pizza when she was supposed to fall at an intersection against Jhoser Sanchez, according to The Tri-City Herald documents.

The responding officials found signs of poisoning and said that it was reportedly “affected at the time of the crash” and that clasen rejected both a field soberness test and a preliminary breath test. The Richland police department took over the investigation by the state patrol to ensure impartiality.

The authorities arrested on March 2 and booked them in a 72-hour stop in Benton County prison. In court documents, Clasen claimed that the crash was inevitable, and claimed that Sanchez had accelerated and that she confused the light of his motorcycle with a missing headlight for a car.

However, the police found that she had an unimpeded view and should have seen the motorcyclist in good time to prevent the collision. Officer Steve Heid noticed inconsistencies in Clasens and emphasized that the damage to her vehicle did not match her account.

Despite the objections of prosecutors, a judge published clases with conditions on March 3, including a blood alcohol monitor and an ignition lock.

Clasen was put on the administrative leave by the Washington State Patrol, where it served for 14 years. The ongoing investigation includes an autopsy for Sanchez, which is planned for March 4.

Clasen will return to court on March 12, where the public prosecutor can formally invoice them for vehicle murder.
