The celebration of the Valentine Day through the Summit Lane Elementary School extended over the borders of New York over 20 different countries across the country.

It is the third year in which Ms. McLaughlin and the kindergarten classes of Ms. Anesta took part in the exchange program of Valentine's Day, which connects the students to bring light on their unique experiences. 14 students prepared 22 Valentine's Day letters who are sent to fellow students who described the Summit Lane community and various facts such as their favorite subjects and the current weather. The project is a fantastic way to improve the curriculum of kindergarten teachers in researching geography, maps and various communities. Letters from other schools are displayed in the main hall of Summit Lane, which are recorded on a card on which the number of miles from Levittown is displayed for every location.
