Suspect against the indictment of murder after shooting Co. in Spartanburg.

Spartanburg, SC (Fox Carolina) – The Sheriff's office of Spartanburg County said that after a shootout, a man was trying for murder on Tuesday afternoon.

The deputies were called to a supermarket on 8047 Asheville Highway at 3:40 p.m., where they found a man with a gunshot wound on the torso, said officials.

The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Officials said a witness made the MPs available with the day number of the suspect and the description of the vehicle. A member of the vehicle later found the vehicle on Highway 292 and I-26.

Additional units arrived on site to help. The MPs arrested the suspect 30-year-old Brayan Alexander Borjas-Martinez without incidents. During an interview, the MPs said that he confessed to the incident.

During the inspection of a violent violation, he also faces a weapon. He becomes County Heled in the Detention Center of Spartanburg.
