Suspect in killing the 64-year-old on her veranda in nyc 'hears voices': lawyer

A man who is charged with the cruel killing of a former colleague on her veranda in Queens, “hears voices” and has hallucinations, said his lawyer on Saturday.

The 40-year-old Francisco Sevilla beat Juliet Kashidas-Singh, 64, “repeated for the head and body” and “dragged her body with a cord that on Thursday in the 105th street in Ozone Park, Queens, on Thursday, after a criminal scale.

Seville is not guilty of murdered second degree and criminal possession of a weapon, as court files show.

He told the investigators that he was “under the influence” and remembered nothing after sources.

Kashidas-Singh, a survivor of breast cancer, and Sevilla worked together in construction and fought over $ 300, which she apparently owed him, said sources.
