According to the Gainesville police department, a suspect is behind bars on a Walmart parking lot on a Walmart parking lot.

The police said witnesses stated that they hear shots from a trailer in the parking lot of a Walmart in the 2900 SW 42nd St. in Gainesville.

The officials reported that the suspect had barricaded himself in the trailer and asked them to build a radius for both the trailer and in the shop to ensure the safety of everyone.

According to the police, companies around the area were also evacuated.

Both a swat and a negotiation team initiated communication with the suspect in the trailer, and the person was finally taken into custody.

The police confirmed that there were no injuries from the shootout and the scene was included.
