Suspicious about shooting attacks in potential Sheng Thao cases informed of informant

It is generally assumed that the businessman of Oakland Mario Juarez was an informant of the case who led to the raids on Sheng Thaos Haus. Some may assume that shots were fired on him in his house in Fruitval, and now charges have been submitted in this case.

For Mario Juarez, who, as the unnamed “co-swörer 1” of the Sheng Thao rank, who came back in January, it is a pretty good luck for Mario Juarez for the last month or so that he may have been an informant in the case of the FBI. At the end of February, the chronicle reported that a judge of Alameda County dismissed the case of $ 53,000 against Juarez, a case in which the district's former Pamela Prize was tried to shake Juarez for a $ 25,000 in return for the exploration of the indictment.

Then a week later the chronicle had the news that two arrests had been made for an incident in June in which suspicious shots in Juarez 'Fruitvale Home had been fired just 11 days before the RAID of Sheng Thao. And now the Bay Area News Group is reporting that one of these men has been changed by the shootout.

According to the news group, 25-year-old Hermelindo Olber Ramos Ramos was accused of being shot in an inhabited apartment and being shot on an vacant vehicle.

But despite the occurrence of justice, Juarez was threatening in his comments on the chronicle after the arrests were reported in early March. “Why was I targeted?” The people behind this attack – those who believe power are inviolable.

And these arrests have some unusual aspects. When the Chron broke the news from the arrests in the first week of March, they found that the arrests had actually taken place in December – and both suspects were immediately released. The one declined to insert fees.

In the news that Ramos Ramos is charged, the news group in the Bay Area finds the strange circumstances that no probable cause was submitted with its charges, his case recordings are sealed and that he is not custody in Santa Rita prison. Maybe he brought it quickly, but still deposit.

There is no evidence that the shootout on Juarez 'house and the vehicle is related to its participation in the Sheng Thao case. However, there is reason to assume that the shootout led to the FBI immediately executed the raids, earlier than they otherwise had. As the chronicle in its reporting determines: “The FBI searched Thao's house on June 20 – on the same day the local officials submitted documents in which they described their examination of the shootout.”
