Suspicious because of fatal shootout at the Houston petrol station

A man was arrested and charged with a shootout, in which a man was killed at a petrol station in Houston almost two weeks ago.

The 21 -year -old Micheal Sean Pace was charged with murder in connection with the fatal shootout by Johnathan Boyd (35) at a petrol station on 3755 North MacGregor Way. The incident occurred on February 16 shortly before 6 p.m.

The officers of the Houston police authority reacted to the shot call at the petrol station and discovered a non -reacting man with a gunshot wound that lay on the floor next to the punch forests.

The paramedics of the Houston fire brigade explained the man, who was later identified as Boyd, dead.

The preliminary investigation showed that Boyd got into a physical argument with an unknown suspect – now assumed as a pace – and led to Boyd being shot. The suspect then fled from the scene in a white Nissan Altima with black rims.

Further investigations caused the authorities to identify pace as a suspect. He was charged on February 25th and arrested on February 27, February 27, by members of the US Marshals Service in Blue Springs, Missouri.

Pace was instructed to the sheriff of the sheriff of Jackson County and is brought back to Harris County.
