Pradeep Ranganathans with highly expected film Dragon made a remarkable debut in the cinemas and made impressive cash benefits. Since the audience continues to flow into the cinemas, many are now excited to see when and where they can watch the film on streaming platforms. Dragon is a comedy drama film with a comedy drama, which is designed and staged by Ashwath Marimuthu. The plot revolves around a young man who completes the college with 48 residues. Although he manages to build a successful career, unforeseen circumstances force him to return to his Alma Mater in order to eliminate his upcoming residues.

The film was first announced in April 2024 under the preliminary titles #AGS26 and #Pradeepashwathcombo, with the 26th production of AGS Entertainment and the first cooperation between Pradeep Ranganathan and Ashwath Marimuthu. Shortly afterwards the official title Dragon was unveiled. The main photography started in Chennai in May 2024 and was largely completed in October. The film contains a musical score, which was composed by Leon James, the cinematography by Niketh Bommireddy and the processing of Pradeep E. Ragav.

On February 21, 2025, Dragon published in standard and EPIQ formats worldwide on February 21, 2025. During the publication, the film brought a widespread praise of critics, with reviewers praising the main depictions, a committed script and a strong direction. With its outstanding numbers of cash register, it arrested its place as the second highest Tamil film from 2025.
