After Atul Subhash's case expressed important concerns about the challenges that men face in real life, a Techie and TCS employee based in Agra (Tata Consultancy Services), Manav Sharma, Manav Sharma took the big step to end his life on February 24, 2025. Although his wife Nikita made contrasting counter -contracts, the case has already made it into national headlines. In the middle of this, Manav Sharma's last LinkedIn post appeared on the Internet a year ago via “Live and Let Live”.

Manav Sharma's last linked post about 'Live and Let Live' becomes viral

Manav Sharma is no longer between us, but his last words and the circumstances that deal with his suicide have led to a new debate. Some internet users excavated his social media handles, and his last LinkedIn contribution about “Live and Let Live” continued his message. In his last post, Manav shared a long reflective note about his love for formal clothing, of which he believes that it is due to his upbringing in an air force family. He remembered when his colleagues wore casual clothing, he was more influenced by his father's discipline by military life. As a result, he liked to wear well -pressed suits and shirts. Manav wrote a picture in his formal clothing:

“Although it often invited a teasing and laughter, my preference for shapes never fluctuated. As air force, I owe a large part of my affinity for the formal wear to the influence of my father. In the Air Force, a feeling of discipline and professionalism is expanded at a young age. The crispness of the uniforms and the respect they order to have an individual impression on me.”

Although Manav was asked about his choice, he accepted his individuality instead of allowing the opinions of others to influence it. He emphasized the importance of being and how fashion is a good way to express their true personality. The late TCS employee encouraged readers to accept all different styles and support each other to ensure that everyone can confidently wear everything they want. He wrote:

“We live in a world in which conformity can suffocate in which individuals are assessed based on the appearance. But I believe in another narrative that promotes freedom of expression and respects personal decisions. Let us celebrate the diversity and accept the uniqueness that everyone brings to the table. Person is to live and live freely.”

Manav Sharma urges laws to protect men

Before Manav Sharma hangs, he shared an emotional message for his family and society. He asked the authorities to make laws that support men against harassment by women, and warned of the consequences if they were not made. He also accused his wife and said goodbye to his family. After his death, the video was found by his family on Manav's phone. In his words:

“So, this applies to the authorities. Authorities such as in the police and law enforcement … The law must protect men, or otherwise there will be a time when there are no men. No man to blame them.

Manav Sharma's wife Nikita Sharma claims that he physically attacked her

When Manav Shararma's last video became viral, all of his wife accused. Soon his wife Nikita shared her side of history and revealed that she had a relationship with someone else, but that was before her marriage. When Manav learned about it, he began to accuse her of the infidelity and to attack her physically. She tried to warn his family members that he could do something drastic, but she avoided her.
