Tennis: Sierra drives the dominant start with Sweep of Patterson Fort

Sierra's boys' tennis team took care of the business on Tuesday and visited Patterson for his third 9-0 victory to start the season.

The Valley Oak League champion did not take long when he won the latest victory by winning all six singles games in straight sets. Ashton Hillard, player No. 2, drove 6-0, 6-0 in his game.

At Singles No. 1, Brady Alves Daniel Lemus set 6-0, 6-2. Oliver Naven (6-0, 6-1), Santiago Franco (6-0, 6-4), Sparsh Beedi (6-2, 6-2) and Ryan Alves (6-1, 6-0) in this order in No. 3-6 Singles.

Hasnain Ali and Harshith Kumar took the No. 1 double match with 7: 5, 7: 2. The duo No. 2 of Sid Gopendran and Zain Ali prevailed against Josue Guerro and Roberto Medina, 6-1, 6-3. Alex Rey Rosario and Noah Brum took the third double game 6: 1, 6-1.

The Timberwolves (2-0 vol, 3-0) play their first street game of the season at Central Catholic today.
