The 12-year-old student molested, killed by “criminal” youngsters

Islamabad: In a tragic incident, a suspected rapist kidnapped a 12-year-old student, killed him after he had molested it, and let his body off into the water tank of a neighboring house.

The terrible crime unfolded in Sot Garden when the victim's father on March 4, 2025 appealed to the Lohi Bher police. The complainant said that his child, Dilshad, had disappeared together with a motorcycle. A FIR (No. 170/25) was registered in accordance with Section 364 of the Pakistan -Criminal Code (PPC) at PS Lohi Bher, and ASI Zulfiqar was assigned to examine the case. CCTV film material was checked and the motorcycle was found on the same day in street 49. A thorough search for the missing child was carried out after the police traced its last known location near the nearby houses.

During the examination, three suspects were identified and detained on the basis of the complainant's declaration. The police continued to collect evidence to strengthen the case, confirmed sources.

A big breakthrough occurred when the investigators regained the body of the 12-year-old boy from a water tank in Soan Garden. This discovery came after the main suspect confessed to the crime and got two more.

The investigators initially suspected the accused when they identified his room as a crime scene. Police sources confirmed that confirming evidence of building a strong case was collected.

Sources also showed that neighboring children had voluntarily raised and found that the defendant had previously tried to attack other minors. The victim's older brother had also visited the neighbor's house in search of Ahmed because he had made inappropriate progress in the past.

In his denominational statement, the suspect admitted that he had intercepted the victim that his father's motorcycle drove and lured him to his room. When the child opposed and threatened to inform his father about his actions, the defendant bothered it with force and then decided to kill him. He strangled the boy to death and threw his body into the water tank.

SSP (Operations) Shuaib Khan confirmed the report and explained that the officials who examined the case professionally worked and solved their skills and scientific methods within 24 hours. “The investigation went off without compulsion and we conclude the case due to technical and forensic evidence,” added the SSP.
