The 16-year-old, who was killed after shooting outside the Lansdowne High School, says the police, says the police

According to the Baltimore County police, a 16-year-old was shot after being hunted on Tuesday by a shooter on the Lansdown High School.

The officials said that the minor had driven on the site of the Lansdowne High School on which he was shot, felled and then shot a few more times. He was taken to the hospital where he died.

“I would like to emphasize that this incident will not be based on school,” said Robert McCullough, chief of police at Baltimore County. “The road started in the shopping center. This is an isolated incident and seems to be a very targeted incident. The suspect clearly aimed at the victim and in this case was according to the victim.”

The police said that the suspect was lost in a car and there are video evidence.

“In this case, we are still looking for the suspect,” said McCullough. “We have many video evidence and a good suspicious description.”

The police said the victim was a student at Lansdowne High School, but did not attend school on Tuesday.

“My heart goes to the family of this young man. I want to offer him and his family prayers,” said Kathy Klausmeier, Executive by Baltimore County. “It is a terrible incident that happened here in Baltimore County. It's a sad day.”

The school's headmaster said that Lansdowne High School was closed to school and all activities after the school were canceled.

The parents were told that they should pick up their children on the property on Lansdowne Road.

“This is a tragic incident of an early young man, and W3E has to do better for students and children in the district,” said Pat Young, City Councilor of Baltimore County.

Last Lansdowne incidents

In 2013, A 13-year-old was shot several times in a shopping center in the 3900 block of the Hollins Ferry Road in Lansdowne. The shootout occurred in a parking space behind a resume business.

Months earlier, a 14-year-old boy was shot in the Silerton Road unit block in Lansdowne. Two teenagers were custody in connection with the shootings according to the authorities.

Also in 2023, a university student was stabbed at the school in Lansdowne In the middle of the day.

The mother said in a social media contribution that another student had stabbed a “military knife with a jagged edge and her (daughter) several times in the head, neck, chest, arm, shoulder and back.
