The 18-year-old was arrested for murder after shooting during the basketball game in the park: HCSO

The Hillsborough County deputies arrested an 18-year-old in connection with a shootout in a park in which one man was killed and injured, the Sheriff office said.

According to HCSO, the MPs responded to the basketball court in Plantation Park in front of Parkcrest Dr. In Carrollwood shortly before 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday after a fight broke out during a basketball game.

Both victims were taken to the hospital, where the 19 -year -old Brian Jones died, said MPs.

The investigators said that detective witnesses questioned what led to the arrest of Anthony Cabrera Morales. He is charged with a second degree murder and tried first degree murder.
