The 72 -year -old St. Louis Man was released with the police after a knife fall

St. Louis – A man who was allegedly run in the police officers of St. Louis with a butcher knife on Wednesday was released on Monday after the bond was initially refused, as court files.

The police said that the suspect, 72-year-old Leslie Hopkins, raised the knife when he was on two officers from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department at the entrance to the Friendly Village Apartment Build-in St. Louis' Hamilton Heights district.

Hopkins, who lived in the apartment building, hurried the officials with the knife, although the police had met, said the court files.

An arrest warrant against Hopkins' arrest was issued on Friday and his bond was rejected. However, a hearing on Monday ordered its release.
